Please help with 1 cart diamond

I am looking for a 1 cart diamon at least a G in color and Vs2. I really love the princess cut diamonds, but i want one that has lots of fire and sprakle.....basically an ideal cut...(although alot of the local stores here in mi say there isnt really an ideal princess cut) I am torn if I should by online.....cause without seeing it makes me very leary. Also can anyone tell me about these diamonds like the leo or the reeds radiant star that have more facets? Do they really give more fire and sprakle? The reeds radient star is a Russian diamond (what they said) is there a difference? I am looking to spend about 7,000. Any sugesstions? What are good proportions for a princess cut? Thank you any help is much appreciated.

I just bought a beautiful 1 carat princess H/VS2 from WhiteFlash. It is not ideal cut, it is very good. It sparkles like crazy and looks amazing to me. I love it! I just put myself in the hands of the sales person, who was able to look at the diamond first hand and tell me if it was good or not. I also got the Sarin, IdealScope, and Aset images as well as a 40x magnified picture to help me decide. My budget was less than yours is, so I would think you can find an ideal cut princess of that size and quality quite easily in your price range. If you pick a vendor like GOG or WF that can eye ball the diamond for you and tell you just how it looks and will share the magnified images and all the other information, I don't think you will be disappointed. I could not be happier with my WF princess ring or with my buying experience. They are really wonderful to deal with. The vendors recommended here on the forum know that we all share our stories and go the extra mile to be sure you are happy. They work hard to keep a good reputation. I was kind of reluctant to buy a diamond online but I ended up with a MUCH nicer diamond and ring than I could have bought any where else for the money. Good luck! Can't wait to see what you get! Yes, it''s Whiteflash.com. You will see many good remarks on this forum regarding them. They really are awesome to deal with. Just read some of the posts on them on here and you will get an idea of how many happy customers there are. Do you have a particular setting in mind? I narrowed my search down to White Flash since they carried the setting I wanted.

Hi Tara!

Ditto Kaleigh in using Whiteflash and Good old Gold, they can be your eyes as Princess can''t really be judged that well on the proportions. These vendors carry some superbly cut stones and will help you every step of the way.
