So I am new to the diamond world, just started browsing this forum and weddingbee. Bf and I are going to look at rings this weekend just to get an idea of a setting I want. I am a 6.5 size finger I think I would like 1.5 ct. I absolutely love this setting: (sorry if its big)

I just wanted to get an idea of a good diamond to get that is 1.5 ct

I want something that still looks nice, Can I go with a J color and if i do what are some other specs that I should look at?

You know that's how much that setting costs? I ask just because e those are pink diamonds, and pink diamonds are $$$
