Please help me find a loose round Ruby

I''m looking for a loose round ruby, 4.5 to 5 mm. I like all colors, pinkish red to blood red, and I want it to sparkle! I would prefer a created one as they are less expensive and this is more of a test run to see if I will actually wear a ruby or if the red with my skin tone will bother me too much. I already have my setting. Thank you for the help!
