I'm not sure how well a stone is cut is of the utmost importance for a 50 carat stone but I'll leave that up to debate.

There are a few things that could be areas of concern: the 41.4° PA, 44% pavilion depth, and 85% lowers.
Since this is, undoubtedly, an extremely expensive purchase, I would urge you to get proper ASET images so every aspect of symmetry, optical precision, and light return can be adequately assessed.
