Please help me decide on a stone!

Hi everyone,

As you may have read in my earlier post, we are shopping for my engagement ring. Ideally, I would like between 2-2.5 carats, D-F colour, VS2/SI1/SI2 in clarity, excellent cut for a budget of around 25K-35K.

I have learned a great deal from reading this forum, and have picked out two stones from Blue Nile which I feel are quite nice. They each respectively have an HCA score of 1.6 and 1.5. Can anyone please let me know your thoughts on whether these are considered good stones, and which of the two is better?

Or any alternative diamonds similar to these which would be worth purchasing?

I'd probably choose the 2.22 because I think I'd prefer it's table size and crown angle and it is triple excellent. But really, I would just want someone to examine the two stones and tell me which was the most eye-clean from the top and the sides.
