Hello,

Need opinion with these 2 diamonds:

1) 0.75ct, H, VVS1, depth % 62.4, table % 54, crown angle 34.4, pavilion angle 40.6, very good cut, round, faint color

2) 0.82ct, G, VS2, depth% 61.8, table % 56, crown angle 35.5, pavilion angle 41, ideal cut, round, no fluorescence

price for them is no issue

thanks

The .82 scores a 3.6 on the HCA. (https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca) So even though it fits within excellent cut guidelines for GIA, it may not be a winner.

The .75 should be an excellent cut within GIA standards as it's a .9 on HCA and within excellent GIA range on the plot. But only has "very good" rating? Is there something else going on with that one that isn't listed? Symmetry wonky?

For both of these, I would want to see an idealscope image first.

If you give us a total budget we can help you find a nice diamond also

my budget is $3000-$4000

thanks
