PLEASE HELP! IN SEARCH OF *FORTEKITTY* AND HER RING STYLE....

As you all probably know by now, I have been on a mission trying to find my perfect dream ring and have made many posts already with that type of title in it. Yes, I have gone through MANY! LoL!!
What can I say? It's a girl's prerogative to change her mind............ a million different times! LoL j/k!!
But anyway, I have recently seen and fell in love with pictures of FORTEKITTY's Marquise ring in that scalloped antique-type setting.

FORTEKITTY, if you ever read this, are you willing to sell the ring???????????????????????????????? LoL! Or the setting?? Please let me know either way! I AM IN LOVE WITH IT!

If anyone can please help me find this exact same setting or at least very similar, it would be such a huge help and "a dream come true" Thank you SO much!!!!

Asscher102, imho it is quite bad taste to ask someone to sell their ring, and is also against the forum rules you agreed to to discuss sales.
Once you have decided on a setting, if the info on the seller is not in the persons'' thread, you will be able to have almost anything replicated by a skilled custom bench.

Wow, i haven''t logged on in months... what a coincidence, and thank you!

I got it second hand from a lady in the south bay area in Nor Cal. I believe the jeweler is Ida''s Gem and Design in Cupertino, but she got it back in 2000. (still have all paperwork)

Maybe they still have the same mount, or know where to find it?

Hi ForteKitty! Thank you! I tried what you said with contacting them but when I called them, it said that their # has been disconnected so I''m assuming that maybe they went out of business? :-/

I will continue to look and hope I find something similar to your stunning setting.

P.S. From the paperwork you mentioned, is there a name for the setting, style, or model # that I can go by for searches or future reference? Any information would be super helpful and greatly appreciated.

What a bummer the original jeweler isn''t around anymore. Although this setting is unique (and beautiful), I do think it is something a good custom jeweler can handle. I would ask for a quote from knoxjewelers.biz and whiteflash.com.
