It looks like a lovely stone, the IS image is great - can''t see the angles though as the report isn''t loaded. As to the mark on the stone, I would ask the staff at JA to clarify, it could be a visible inclusion, but check with them.

Thanks Lorelei....I have the GIA report (can''t figure out how to attach...) and spoke to Josh at James Allen and he said that it is eye clean...the feathers are all in the crown. It also scores a 1.2 HCA....what do you think...good one? Seems like a low price, am I missing something?

The stone was moving as the IS image was taken and its tilted.
Cant tell jack from the IS image.
Ask them to redo it.

Image looks fine to me, what are you seeing Strmy?

The camera focussed right on the table so the culet / bottom is out of focus - but it is a winner. It obviously has some feathery inclusions - but it would mostly appear as eye clean - you might see an occasional flash from the feather - rather like an additional internal facet for no extra cost :-)

You can see the drag marks where it moved.
For example the arrow started out where the dark area was at the beginning of the exposure then moved to its current position.
It makes everything fuzzy and throws off the reflections.
That's why you get the ghosting around the contrast points and stray reflections.
