It's beautiful. As long as it's eye-clean, go for it!

Well.. Whatever the IS/ASET you see on the diamond page is as good as it gets. That's why it is ACA. Notice solid red throughout under the table. No whiteness (light leakage) except around the edge.

notice a few patches of white under the table

This one is even worse.

Many thanks to flyingpig. Sorry, I am newbie.

Does the light performance affect "brilliant" or "fiery"?

for the first stone, I found one whiteness on the table as below with blue color mark on the IS pic

for the second stone, I found a big whiteness block on the table as below with blue color mark on the IS pic

So the first stone is better than second stone. right ?

"Does the light performance affect "brilliant" or "fiery"?"

The Ideal-Scope gives us indications of a diamonds brilliance; i.e. its light return and leakage as well as its contrast (which has a lot to do with scintillation. (directly from idealscope website. http://ideal-scope.com/about-ideal-scope/)
Diamonds with high-dispersion have the greatest potential to exhibit fire (from AGS Document). All ACAs are AGS ideal in light performance. AGS light performance grade includes dispersion (along with brightness, leakage, and contrast). Stones with no significant deduction in these four sub category are awarded Ideal in AGS light performance.

Therefore, yes, the light performance affects (or is affected/measured by) both brilliance and fire. And the ACA stone you picked should have great brilliance and fire. It is just the best of the best

"So the first stone is better than second stone. right ?"
Yes, based on the IS images alone.

but I notice that Crown Angle is 34.9 and Pavilion Angle is 40.7. Is the crow angle is more than 34.5. So should I need to be worry about this ?

The ideal range for crown angle is 34-35. 34.9 is perfectly fine and ASET/IS confirms this.
You have NOTHING to worry about in regards to light performance and proportion numbers, when buying an ACA stone.

Just ensure the stone you want is eye-clean

Thank you very much for your great help
