Please help evaluate cushion cut

Hi there! My fiance and I have been looking for a rectangular cushion 1.5-2.0c since February. I am not sure what to look for in terms on dimensions. Could I have some professional opinions on this stone? I am also confused regarding the culet size it is 0.5% but on the diagram of the diamond on the GIA cert it says slightly large??? Tell me what you think this stone is worth. I can post some pics later. Thanks!

Cushions are hard to decide on by the numbers alone...though those numbers definitely have potential. DO you have any pics or idealscope images or anything? Have you seen the stone in person?
