Hello everyone,
Just wanted to thank everyone first for their contributions to this forum. I've learned a lot over the past few weeks while lurking and just recently decided to post on here to ask for a few suggestions. I'm hoping to keep my budget to around $7k-ish for the stone, maybe a little more or less. My total budget for the entire ring is about $8k max. Is that ratio a little too imbalanced? I'm looking for the best bang for buck with my budget and I hope I can get your thoughts on what would be best for what I'm looking for.
Again, quick notes:
Budget: $8k total for ring
Likes: Twirly style settings or simplier settings. No halo designs.
Priority order: 1) Cut, 2) Carat, 3/4) Color and Clarity are a toss up.
I've got these two below listed in mind, and would love to welcome any suggestions anyone else may feel is appropriate.

I'm looking at the reports and I'm wondering if stones with those included twining wisps, other flaws/etc are of a concern for me. I'm still learning about whether or not they are a big factor in the integrity/performance of the stone. Is there anything else I need to know about that I may have missed? Thank you everyone and please let me know which you would pick, and if there are any others that may be better.
