please help decide between 2 stones

i am trying to choose between these two diamonds, i would appreciate anyone weighing in on which they would choose.
To my eye they were identical, and the specs are pretty much identical. The only difference I can tell is the inclusion pattern. under magnification the "scratch" on the 2.01 does not look good, while the small "dots" of the 2.02 are not very noticeable to me. however, is it worth another $1000 to still have the same Si1 designation??
Also I cannot locate a document that shows exactly where the 2.01 "scratch" is located, but under magnification it appears to be on the surface. Am I right/wrong? Is it worse if it is on the surface?

Both stones will be gorgeous, but my preference is this one:

It just appears cleaner and I prefer it over a primary feather inclusion (I assume the feathers are internal and not on the surface). A feather is more like a crack than a scratch, but I am sure they don't buy any diamonds that aren't structurally sound. It would be worth it to me to pay a little more. You can ask if they will come down a little since the other has the same grade and costs a good bit less.
