My thoughts: The James Allen faceting seems to look nicer and pop more, but the ratio is more rectangular. Also, it could just be the Zoara photo doesn't capture the pop of the faceting like the James Allen video. I appreciate any thoughts (or a third option!). I'd like to purchase today and send it off to Steven Kirsch!

i'm sure the experts will weigh in soon enough, but just to keep this thread near the top, I'll give you my very amateur opinion. of the two photos, the second one looks prettier. the elongated cushion isn't as appealing to me . sorry I can't be of any help!!

I don't know about cushions to give an opinion but I know that you can pick 3 JA stones and ask JA gemologist to take a look and recommend. But wait for some of the experts to come along to comment first before you send them in for evaluation as you don't want to send in 3 duds and waste the evolution chance.

I've no idea if Zoara has gemologists to comment on your selection. Try asking them for an aset.

I don't know why I couldn't see it before, maybe it was the link. In either event, now there is video to compare both. I am stumped as to which to get. I feel like maybe the Zoara has a nicer cut. Maybe I am over thinking it...
