Also I have requested a copy of the GIA report. And does the "faint" florescence really affect much?

I can't pull up the angles, but the diamond is overdeep at 62.7, and the lab report link isn't working so I can't check the angles.

The one you posted has a medium florescence. Should that be a concern? I'm not very knowledgeable on florescence.

No. If the stone is not overblue or making the diamond hazy (rare with medium blue), there is no clause for concern and it can have a whiten a lower colored stones a bit.
