Please give advice for a 1.3ct round G, VS2

I'm looking for a 1.25-1.3ct
G, VS2 eye clean
Found this one on bluenile with stock number LD04582122. I think it scores 0.8 on HCA. I think it's eye clean according to the GIA report.

There are also a few on whiteflash, but a bit more expensive.

Budget ideal $11k ...pushing it $14k

HCA is not a selection tool. It is a rejection tool. An idealscope is the selection tool. So work with vendors that offer them.

Not sure what your understanding of "eye clean" is. You can't judge if a diamond is eye clean based on a 15X magnified video (unless you step 15 feet away from the screen). A VS2 diamond of that size should be eye clean.
