Please critique this emerald ring on Etsy

This ring got my heart. I like the ring. Diamonds looks like transitional. I also like the color of the emerald and the inclusion but something tells me this might not be natural.

What do you think overall? Yay nay?

it could be “natural” but it could also be heavily treated

I don’t think I’d gamble on this one. But that’s just me.

+1. It looks like it overhangs the side diamonds in a weird way.

They also sell a lot of similar-looking ones -- so for a place with "jewelry design" in their name, they sure make a lot of lucky finds of all original stuff. And this particular ad says 1950s and 1920s.
