Please critique my diamond!

So I'm looking to purchase this diamond (GIA report attached) and setting it in a tacori halo setting.

I'd love to hear your knowledgable advice. The diamond is 100% eyeclean. I realize that there are wispy inclusions, however from my research this will have no impact on the brilliance of the diamond. Also the price is around $10,300. Is this a fair price?
