Please can you help to recommend a setting???

Hi.... Am new to forum and not sure where to introduce myself, so apologies if I should have. This is my 3.74ct diamond ring (hopeful a pic is here!). I have been browsing PS for a while now and am totally amazed by the gorgeous eye candy. It makes my ring seem so plain. I would ideally like a wider band (5mm) with round accents. what do you think? Something to show it off as it looks kind of lonely by itself . I have trailed websites and here for ideas and the ones I love are all in USA. Is it feasable for me to purchase from the states and have it reset in the UK. Can you recommend honest and reliable suppliers. Would it look better in platinum than the yellow gold? I love Tacori and vatche but a bit steep in price range. I would also like it to have some weight to it.

I would suggest looking at Pearlmans afor a ton of setting ideas. As for shipping a setting to the UK to be set, you''d have to ask the vendor you end up buying from. Many designers here prefer to have the stone when making the setting.
