Hi everyone.
I had my heart diamond that used to be in prongs replaced into a bezel platinum head for my e-ring. The setting is very beautiful, but one thing bugs me now. The cleavage of the platinum heart shape is off. One lobe of the heart looks higher than the other, so there is now off symmetry. I didn''t think it would be an issue, but the more I look at it the more it bothers me. Since I got a really good deal with my jeweler I don''t want to go back and complain... I was wondering if maybe I should take it to somebody else and see what they can do for me. I don''t know much about how platinum is worked with, it seems like a minor fix but I of course don''t want to make a mountain out of a molehill. Any thoughts? Thank you.
