I have a ring on order with BGD. I based the size ordered on my girlfriend's RHR because I had to order a bit blind, so I'm not confident on the size I'll be receiving. I sized it based on the Blue Nile sizer, which put it at a 6.0. I know it's a bit big for her, though, so I ordered a 5.75.
She made a comment yesterday that she things it's smaller than a 6 because she had it resized after her parents purchased it. As it has already been purchased and cast by BGD, this shook my confidence a bit! I'm confident it will fit, but it may be too big!
Because I'm in Canada, it's likely more money that it's worth to send it back to BGD to receive the free resize.
Does anyone in Calgary have a recommendation for a reputable and affordable Calgary platinumsmith to do a small resize?
