I’m having David Klass make a setting for this stone. Side stones will be mined French cut diamonds. What do we think?

Does the side look too boring?

I agree the gallery view of the cathedral setting is missing something. Would he consider putting melee on the shoulders? You could try and do a euro-shank too ... put some more blingers in there hah.

I haven't worked with him specifically, but I'm very familiar with the 'limbo waits'. From what I understand he can get very busy, give it a few more days. This is the beginning of the big push time for holiday orders and with Thanksgiving this week, well... If you don't hear anything soon, try calling directly. I'm sure he didn't forget about you!

I was asking if that’s a typical response time as I haven’t worked with him before. I am a small business owner myself and I answer all my emails within 24 hours no matter the day of the week. But that’s not typical of all businesses so I was wondering what others experiences were in case my emails were getting bounced to his spam somehow as that has happened to my own clients before.

I wasn’t annoyed just asking what was typical so your snarky response wasn’t really helpful or necessary. I was trying to gauge if I should be concerned or just wait it out a few more days since he was responding quickly last week. Being nice to people isn’t so hard you know.
