Place card vs. Table chart

Anyone have a cute/creative suggestions for doing these?

I have favors that could be incorporated (carmel apples), possibly something with lottery tickets w/ the place cards and then favor on the table, or a table chart matching the stationary. Let me know how others are doing this- I want something FUN to walk into, not just cards on a table.

I always like the idea of incorporating the favor into the place card table. That way, people actually must pick up the favor at at least the beginning of the night, which will hopefully remind them to take it home at the end of the night! I''ve been at more than a few weddings where the favors are sort of "hidden" amongst all the table decorations and it makes it very easy to forget.

I''m sure it would look super cute with all the apples lined up for your fall wedding! Could you glue the lottery tickets with the names onto the wrappers?
