Pink sapphire ring

I just don’t know if I should pull the trigger on this. I wear a size 10. It would have to be custom made. Three pink sapphires with one small diamond on either side 14k gold. I’m concerned if would get lost on my hand. These are not my fingers

Too petite, imo -- unless for a (very) young woman's slim hand. My DDs could wear this -- stacked with a bunch of others including "craft fair" finds.
