Pink Sapphire Circle of life pendant?

Hello to all! Does anyone have a Pink Sapphire pendant like this and if so what vendor did you use? I am not looking to spend a fortune, but I am not sure how much these cost with the Sapphires either. Possible size like a quarter. Thanks so much.
