Pink Diamond Melee

I'm looking for some pink diamond melee. I came across this website but it looks a little sketchy. http://www.apertrading.com/fancypink.html

I can't find any info about it. Does anyone have any experience with them? Their prices seem to be about 10x cheaper than other websites so it seems a little too good to be true and you guys know what that usually means...

Is this for a project? Typically your vendor would source the melee for you.

Yup, for a project.

I was just curious about this website because the stones are so cheap. Pink melee seems to be much more expensive on other sites in the same sizes. I thought they might be cheaper than having a vendor source them but maybe I'm nuts

One thing I noticed (well, someone pointed out to me) is there's no mention of color. I e-mailed to ask about the color but haven't heard back yet.

I personally would just pay the vendor. That way it is the right size and color for your particular project. It would be a red flag for me that they don't mention anything about the color and that the prices are cheaper. I would play it safe and go via the vendor.

With most of this sort of thing the labor to assemble and set it is the biggest variable, not the cost of the stones themselves. If you let the manufacturer source the materials you completely avoid the traditional fingerpointing if something goes wrong (the parts were defective - the setter was a hack) and the amount of savings on the table from sourcing your own ends up being nominal.
