Hey everyone. I got some great information and advice fromt his forum so I thought I would say thanks by posting some photos if I can get it to work.

Its a 1.01 carot, G color, VS2 clarity, Ideal cut, excellent cut, excellent polish diamond with a six prong platinum ring.

My cameras photo editing made the first two seem darker than the stone is, the last two are more realistic as far as color.

Wow!!

I started using this forum a few weeks ago and I am currently in the process of searchiong for a stone of about the same size/quality of yours!

It will also be set in platinum (or perhaps white gold - my girlfriends other jewellery is white gold).

If I end up with a ring that looks as good as that one I will be VERY VERY pleased!

What type camera are you using. It is crystal clear.

It is a Nikon Coolpix L3 camera thats is about 1.5 years old. Its 5 megapixels if I remember correctly. I used paint and resized the photo''s to get the under the sites 100,000 kb limit.
