There has been a number of posts on ppl wanting ideas for new homes, refurnishing, decorating, individuals who are currently doing changes to their houses and it got me thinking...

I am also currently in the process of finalizing our house (it is in the final stages of being built right now)..and i am soooooooooo lost as wat to do in terms of color, decor, furniture, design, etc etc etc....my BIGGEST problem is the lack of furniture/accessory places where i live...no PB, CB, IKEA, etc...i mean we do have some really nice places, but they cost an arm and a leg to buy a whole set from them...

so i thought id start up a thread for individuals to post their favorite pictures of either rooms/ideas they''ve seen in websites/magazines, or pictures of their actual homes/accomplishments, etc...

I thought if we combine all our ideas/pictures on to one single thread im sure we can all help each other out and bounce ideas!! God knows im in desperate need of help and ideas!!

I have this room saved in my ideas file. I like that it looks clean and uncluttered, yet comfortable and "live-able", you know?

It''s an old pic from Pottery Barn. I just love the light blue with the whites but also that rug with a bunch of different colors adding a splash to the room!
