photoshop miracle anyone??

is there anyone out there, who can make this pic look rose gold, and put pink sapphire looking stones in the round bezels, and white diamonds in the elongated shape? my dh and I are on different sides of the fence about doing it in rose gold versus white gold!

Asu that''s exactly what I was looking for - thank you so very very much! The pinks would be a bit lighter in shade for my liking (more like the attached) but otherwise that''s exactly right. What do you think?? I know a lot would prefer the white gold look with the pinks, but I would like something a bit unique for this band. Interested to know anyones thoughts on the RG - yay or nay??!

Is this to wear on it''s own or with other rings?

I personally prefer the white gold but the rose gold might look nice if it''s a stand alone ring.

it will be with others, but I wear both RG and WG so I can so easily swing either way!! I decided on WG in the end, but thanks for your comment
