photos of surprise stones INSIDE band?

I''m considering the option of having the birthstones of my gf and I mounted on the bottom inside of the Ering band. I''d like to get one or two photos of this on other rings so I can provide it to various people who do custom ring design. I know I came across a photo of this at some point but I can''t find it now!! grrr

I was hoping someone out there can post one or a link to one, I''d really appreciate it! Thanks !

P.S. If there are any downsides to having that feature (stones mounted on the inside bottom of a band) please let me know (other than the fact you can''t SEE them.. it''s more for the meaning of it anyway)

I don''t know about a surprise stone, but I remember being totally agog when I saw the celebrity wedding rings of Elton John - Chopard had created their names written INSIDE of the band with diamonds. Is this sort of the idea you were thinking of??
