For those of you who are still in the wonderful ups and downs that is wedding planning, just wanted to give a heads up on some scams that may be going on with regards to photography. There was a caller on the morning radio show that I listen to here in Atlanta, and she was saying that she had found her photographer through a national chain that was featured on theknot.com. How that process works is that you call their 1-800 number and they hook you up with a local sales rep and then they will show you different photos and you pick which ones you like the best, and then they will hook you up with that specific photographer that took the photos that you liked. Turns out with this girl, the photographer that company promised took those specific photos she liked, it wasn''t that photographer at all. The photographer had even said that they weren''t his work. So now she''s stuck, two weeks before her wedding, with a photographer whose real work she''s not that impressed with. I''m sure she will be thinking of legal action as that is definitely breach of contract, but definitely not a headache she needed 2 weeks before her big day. So just be careful if you come across a national chain like that!
