Phone Interview Questions

what are some possible interview questions that a recruiter might ask? I want to be prepared to answer questions without using words such as, um...ah...etc.

The recruiter will most likely ask about your work experience: more details as it pertains to your resume/CV.
1. Specialized skills
2. People skills
3. Why you changed jobs, any problems with a specific employer, etc.
4. How soon you can interview, start, etc?
5. How much you were last making and how much you are looking for?

Good luck to you.Sometimes they just want to talk to you to see how you" handle" yourself on the phone before giving you an interview.Concentrate more on listening to the questions you are being asked and just be yourself.They may be more nervous than you are.HOpe you find what you are looking for..
