How would meeting in the rotunda at Liberty Place be? Liberty Place is on 17th Street between Market & Chestnut Streets, and there is an excellent jewelry store in there. Meeting at the Eagle in Macy's (13th & Chestnut) is another possibility. Both of those places are a short walk from the train stations.

I have to be home at 2:30 so I may just have time for lunch this time. Is there a restaurant near one of the train? Kaleigh had some ideas around Rittenhouse Square also...

There are restaurants near the train stations at Market East (12th & Market) and at Suburban Station (16th-17th & Market). Both Macy''s & Liberty Place have garages if you drive in. Liberty Place has a food court and Macy''s has a cafeteria style restaurant. There are lots of great restaurants around Rittenhouse Square, but I''m not sure about the waiting time for them.

This Thursday sucks for me- I will have just worked the night shift Wed nite, so there is NO WAY I could be in Philly that afternoon- I will be sleeping!!! Plus, Phili is probably about an hr and a half drive from my house here in NJ...I would love to meet you all, but this week won't work unfortunately....hopefully we can plan something again sometime soon?

I talked to Diamondfan, she suggested we meet at 11:45 at The Market Place Design center on Market street. There is a great restaurant on the top floor, called Bistro San Tropez. It''s a safer place to have lunch, can take lots of pictures without worrying about bringing attention to ourselves. It''s within walking distance from 30th street. Let me know if this works for you guys.

I made a reservation for 11:45, Bistro San Tropez 215-569-9269, we''ll meet in the lobby. I have blonde hair and brown eyes. Diamondfan has blonde hair and blue eyes. I made it for up to 6 people just in case, but said it will probably be more like 4 or 5 people. We can always make it for more...
