32% of Americans have a tattoo, including 22% who have more than one

69% of adults say they got any of their tattoos to honor or remember someone or something. 47% say they got a tattoo to make a statement about what they believe.

This is fascinating, thanks for sharing Kenny. I have no tattoos but considered getting one after my heart kitty Francesca died. To honor her. I am still considering it but it's probably not likely just because I have many skin issues so my derm feels it is not a good idea. I would get one in Francesca's likeness in a heartbeat though if I felt it would be without any health consequences. I admire them on others. They can be works of art. True works of art
