Perfume lovers---PLEASE help me out

I recently dropped a bottle of perfume and the nozzlel came off. OK, no problem I'll just screw it back n. Unfortunately, the collar of metal that held the nozzle was bent out of shape and there i NO WAY I can affix the sprayer. I can't get the collar off to pour into a perfume bottle. This was my FAVORITE perfume and I am at an absolute loss as to how to fix it.

OK Amber, in the meantime If it's what I think it is see if you can get a small flat screwdriver and pry the collar off from the bottom...
