perfect stone?

hi, all

for the last couple weeks i have been looking for the perfect stone (for me anyway) for my gf and today i found this:

how does all the numbers add up for this one? when compare with some of the signature ideal from bluenile does it represent good value?
the date is approaching and i need to make a move now any other recommendations? my budget is around 7000 for something around 1.1 carat with H&A or signature ideal cut, vs2 and above. thanks for your help.

this has "very strong blue fluor" is that a good thing for H color? besides the fluor how does the rest appear to you folks? thanks.
