Dear PSers,

I have been reading your forum daily for months now, dreaming about your wonderfull diamants and trying to find the perfect ering style for me.

One of my first choice is a 3-stones ring with a 1.5ct brillant as center stone and pear diamonds on both sides.

Could you please help and advise me about the size of the pears, to have a well balanced ring?

My finger size is 5.25

I also would love to find a "special" setting for this 3-stones ring, maybe a bit art nouveau like. Would you have any idea?

I apologize for my approximate english and thank you for your answer.

boy, I really think this is a personal preference thing... though I''d love it if someone had a printout chart that showed melee sized diamonds hehehe :D

here''s size chart you can print out with actual sizes from amazon

size chart link

I personally like .25-.30''s each for a 1.5 round...

Great! Thank you Cehra, Mrs Salvo and Lorelei.

With this material I can continue my researches.

I am still looking for a kind of light, original, flowery (!) setting.

My fingers are very long and look therefore very thin so I need a delicate setting but I love big diamonds !!!!

Well, in my country diamonds over 1 ct are really not common

and that''s one of the reason if feel so well on pricescope: no need to justify my exentric taste for big diamonds.

So, If anybody can remember a delicate setting for a 3 stones ring, I would be very happy!
