No such thing, you need to evaluate the whole Princess, and regrettably there is no 'recipe' of proportions which will guarantee you a well cut and beautiful Princess. There are guidelines - for example usually the table is best being smaller than the depth. a higher crown height is usually considered desirable also, but really images and photos of a diamond are needed to judge the cut. This is why it is best to work with a vendor who has in house Princess with images and info provided. These vendors may stock AGS0 cut grade Princess which can narrow the target and also hand selected GIA non cut grade Princess which are specially chosen for their supreme optics and beauty.

Basic things you want to look for if you want a diamond with a lot of fire/briliance.....

1) Make sure the symmetry and Polish is excellent

2) Keep the table under 70% (the lower the better)

3) keep depth higher then table but smaller then 75%

4) try and get a diamond with a consistant girdle, like medium (not thin to thick)

5) and if you want to be totally satisfied, get yourself an Aset scope....I did
