Pendent Question

Hi All
Would there be any noticeable difference between a G VS2 and a H SI 1 when set into a pendent. The H SI 1 is very eyeclean.
Both are ACA H & A; I can get the H SI 1 with a 30% increase in size for $500 more than the G VS2.

No.... unless these are really large.

The project sounds exciting

Is WF doing the setting as well ?

They are about 1.3 carats.

Well, sounds hard. Neither is "small". It may well be that the "SI" part makes no difference. The colors are different in a very subtle way which may be aparent to you in person or not. IMO, there is no clear cut here, the choice is just a matter of taste.

What happened to G/SI1 ?

Assuming the guess is right, it wasn't too hard to find the respective ACAs on the list and match the price with some other choices. How about this ? Judging from the clarity plot and pictures, this looks like one lucky D-bargain.

How are you planning to set your stone? Will it be a prong pendant or a bezel? What metal do you plan on choosing? I have seen H and G stones next to each other and I could not telll the differnce (one was a H 1.6, the other a G 1.67). I think H stones can be quite lovely. I hope this helps, best of luck to you.
