pendant similar to Cartier amulette de Cartier

I am having trouble with links - however I am loving the look of the cartier amulet de cartier - in mother of pearl or even the other colours, I don't need a diamond in the centre ( shame I know...)

has anyone seen something similar? it seems terribly overpriced. Would it be possible to make my own pendant with this as an inspiration? using mother of pearl. My grandmother had a similar design - but it is no longer in the family. I would love a larger pendant similar to this in yg - any options for vendors or on line purchases.....

The amulettes remind me of the jade necklaces with the donut shaped pendants..
