Pearl studs with diamond jackets

Does anyone wear their pearl studs with diamond jackets? I’m thinking of getting jackets made for 1.0ctw studs. Each diamond that I have is around 5.0mm. Would love get 5.0mm pearl studs, or maybe more like 6-7mm due to where the larger circumference is measured in a “ball.” ? Meaning, the mm measurement is taken further out from the earlobe in a pearl than it is in a faceted diamond or gemstone...

Just curious about what you ladies have and if there’s a secret to this.

My 1cttw diamond jackets with my near 1cttw MRB studs, 6mm Round 10K WG studs, 6mm CFWP black and white studs.
I also have 6mm CS studs that I can wear with the jackets.
