Pear setting with paves

I have a loose pear diamond that I would like to put in a simple setting with pave diamonds that is not in shank setting or haloed. Does anyone have an example to share? I have yet to see one in real life. Thanks!

this one was $650 it has a bright clear melee and attracts a lot of attention.

hmm, i''m a littl confused as to whay you are asking. if you don''t have pave in the shank or on a halo, where are you wanting them?? pave is a style of setting tiny diamonds (melee) so they''d have to go somewhere??
