Pear Diamond for around $5k-8k

I am looking for a Pear diamond that is EYE Clean and would look spectacular! I do not care if it is used or new, I am hoping to get a size around 1.4-1.8 carat, SI1, D-H color and very good cut. Te jewelry store has a 1.54 F VS2 EGL cert for around $7,700, but I don't love that stone for that price. I know she wants a pear, so I am starting to do some research. Thanks for the help and suggestions!!

I would call Brian Gavin and ask Brian himself to find you a the nicest brightest GIA pear possible. He's found a couple beautiful ones recently. EGL is a risky lab and an F by them can be an H by a reputable lab, if you stick to GIA you will be better off.
