Pear diamond and platinum Blue Nile pave ring

I got this and a pair of earrings for a coworker who didn't use ebay, and she left w/o paying me. This was about 5-6 years ago and never got around to selling this one, so here it is.

Ring size about 7.5, will find out for sure this weekend.
Solid platinum, w/ pave diamonds on shank.
0.40ct pear diamond. No papers, sorry.

Asking $550. A similar ring on Bluenile sells for $1800.

I'm pretty sure you can change out the head easily if you want to put a bigger diamond in!

I sure would. Are you in LA? SF? (i'm gonna be in SF oct 7-10) i dont have a local jeweler right now so i gotta find someone who'd remove it w/o charging an arm and a leg.
