pave setting

the "question" is a few months out but after our visit to GOG, I''ve got a much better idea of what I''m looking for. BTW, if anyone has the chance to visit GOG go! it was a great experience and my gf now realizes how little she cares about color and clarity haha. Anyways, pave settings. Right now I think that the royal crown pave band with the x-prong mount. Vatche said they could do it for barely more than either of these cost, but I was wondering if anyone has seen any settings like this:

- pave sides
- tapered in at stone
- WG or platinum
- around 2.5 wide
- no halo
