Pave setting

I like pave setting, but have worries that I will loose a stone. Will the melee fall out eventually?
Another question- is it too hard to clean?

chances are you will lose a stone or two at some point in time. Leon Mege has a great article on pave which I''ll link for you..

you can use a soft toothbrush to clean but most experts will say to keep them out of an ultrasonic cleaner..
