Parti sapphire scratch?

Hi all
Do parti sapphires scratch easily? I have noticed a tiny mark, which might be visible in this photo. Can it be repaired?

Depends how roughly you treat it and what you do with your hands, it looks to have a couple of tiny fleabites around the edges at the bottom and right hand side too.

I am quite careful with it and it is still new! Concerned about the mark on the left hand side of the centre facet (table? - not sure on terminology).

It does look like a teeny scratch. Doug Menadue from Bespoke Gems in Sydney (if you are in Oz) can easily polish that out for you.
