Hey KT,
Do you use a local B&M jeweler in the Providence/Warwick area? I asked for some diamond studs for Christmas and FI is super resistant to shopping online. He want''s to use his "family" jeweler which a reputable one (to my knowledge), but I''m looking for other options as well.

Oh, and do you know if the new T&Co has opened at P Place? I can''t wait to go try on bling there!

Hey HH!!

I feel a shopping trip coming on! I do not have a local guy buy I would love to take a shopping trip with you to look at stones. I know of a few places we could go and look.

As far as T&Co, yes it is open. One of my friends is a big Tiffany fan and I got to go with her to their pre opening VIP event. It was really cool to see but boy their stuff was expensive!!!

Let me know if you want to do some shopping. We could meet up someplace around here and then go! It would be alot of fun.

FI goes to Baxter''s. They''re ok, very very nice and VERY patient, but their selection doesn''t do much for me.

I''m definitely game for a shopping trip, but I leave on the 12th for vacation and will be booked from then through the 29th

I agree that the people in Baxters are very nice as well but their prices are a bit high. I did see a nice 5 stone ring there but they wanted $5700.00 and I had already priced one out at WF for half that! But Baxters can get GIA and AGS stones so they might be able to source some for you.

Aljdewey and I are talking about going to the jewelers building in Boston again on Sunday. We would love to have you come along!! Do you think you might want to? You and I can go around here on Saturday for a bit as well.

Why doesn''t FI want to buy online? Maybe we can help convince him if he gets a chance to meet someone as crazy as you that has bought a ton of stuff from online?!?!?!?

Well like I said, B''s is his family''s jeweler and he''s used them for years. I have been trying to get him to agree to go online for them, but I think that''s going to take a bit more training than I have time for between now and Christmas. The main problem is he''s dead set against me giving him guidance on the specs. He want''s to do it on his own.

Sunday would work for me, definitely. FI wants to go do some Christmas shopping and I''m not allowed to tag along, so I''m totally up for a trip to Boston. YAY fun!

Hey HH!!

Alj and I decided against the Boston trip cause the places do not open till noon and I have to be home at 4pm for the Patriots game (we are having friends over to watch) so there wouldn''t be enough time.
But.... If you want I''d love to go and check out a few local shops with you for a couple of hours. If you are free and want to we could meet at Benny''s at noonish, if that works. We can go look at Baxter''s I have my IS and H&A viewer maybe we could narrow it down for your FI.
