Hi Experts!

Does anyone know where this setting comes from? I found the pic here on PS, but I can''t seem to find a designer/vendor/etc. If I can''t find that info, does anyone have any more detailed pics of this setting so that I can have it custom made?

i''m not 100% sure but i think it was one of the big jewelry places, like Graff or Cartier or something.
