Hi guys, my first time on here so go easy on me! I'm proposing this Summer, and after much searching I think I've found the right diamond. Please see details as follows:

My main concern is, how much of an issue is the depth going to be? From the looks of things the percentage is on the larger side, so I wondered if this is enough to 'put someone off' when looking at it or make it look 'odd' or be difficult to set?
Also, how much of an issue is the girdle, if any? Should these be significant enough to turn me away? The price is fantastic and from pictures and other details on the specification it's almost everything I'm looking for!
