Hi diamond experts, I'm looking for some help interpreting an ASET for an oval diamond I'm considering. Since it's a sizable purchase I wanted to get thoughts from the community here before proceeding... Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
ASETs really need to be taken against a white background. Who did that one? Ovals often don't have great ASETs, unfortunately. There are other cuts that have better light performance. Do you have a magnified image of the diamond, too? Post if you have it.
As far as ovals go, I think the aset is decent. It does have mush where you would expect to see it. Is the stone reserved? Can you
give us a link so we can see the stone move?
